CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: NoName Celebrity Barber Co (Rock Paper Scissors LLC dba NoName Celebrity Barber Co) and Rock Paper Scissors Kids Hair Salon (Rock Paper Scissors LLC dba Rock Paper Scissors Kids Hair Salon) We value your time and ours. To ensure that all clients have access to appointments and that our barbers and stylists can maintain their schedules, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy applies to all appointments, regardless of service type or duration. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restriction or denial of future booking privileges. By scheduling an appointment with NoName Celebrity Barber Co (Rock Paper Scissors LLC dba NoName Celebrity Barber Co) or Rock Paper Scissors Kids Hair Salon (Rock Paper Scissors LLC dba Rock Paper Scissors Kids Hair Salon), you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
